Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

By participating in the Al Bayader International Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”, or Program”), you (“Customer”) agree to abide by these Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Loyalty Terms”). These Loyalty Terms supplement and are incorporated by reference into our main [https://shop.albayader.com/pages/terms-and-conditions].

1. Eligibility and Enrolment

1.1  The Loyalty Program is open to all customers who have a registered account with Al Bayader International, whether created online at [shop.albayader.com] or in-store.

1.2  The Program is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all points activity under your account.

2. Earning Loyalty Points

2.1   Loyalty Points are earned on the net spend of eligible purchases only, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and gift card purchases.

2.2  Loyalty Points are awarded on a fixed-value basis:

(a)   Until December 31, 2025: One (1) Loyalty Point for every ten (10) AED spent.

(b)   From January 1, 2026: One (1) Loyalty Point for every twenty (20) AED spent.

2.3   There is no maximum spending limit for Loyalty Point accrual.

2.4  Each Loyalty Point has a redemption value of one (1) AED. Loyalty Point are not actual currency and have no cash value.

2.5  Point Availability: Loyalty Points will be credited to your account but will only become available for redemption after a holding period of twenty-four (24) hours from the date of the original transaction.

3. Loyalty Point Expiry and Management

3.1. Loyalty Point expire twelve (12) months from the date they are credited to your account. Expired Loyalty Points will be removed automatically on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.

3.2. Al Bayader International reserves the right to correct, adjust, or cancel Loyalty Points if they were accrued as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, fraud, misrepresentation, refunded purchase, or for any other reason where the points were invalidly accrued.

3.3. Customer’s Loyalty Point balance may be reset (deleted) upon their request via the Bon App support team. This action is irreversible.

4. Redemption of Loyalty Point  

4.1  Loyalty Points are redeemed as a discount against purchases at a rate of one (1) Loyalty Point for one (1) AED.

4.2  Redemption Process:

(a) Online: Points can be redeemed during the checkout process on our website.

(b) In-Store: Customers can redeem points by visiting any participating Al Bayader International outlet. To redeem in-store, customers must provide the email address associated with their loyalty account at the point of sale. To access the account, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to that email address, which must be provided to complete the redemption process. Our staff will then inform you of the points available for redemption and process your request.

4.3  There is no minimum or maximum redemption limit, subject to your available Loyalty Point balance.

4.4  Customers may redeem their available points in full or in part. If the purchase value exceeds the value of the Loyalty Points redeemed, the customer must pay the remaining balance. Any unused points will remain in the customer's account.

4.5  Discount Application & Stacking:

(a) The Loyalty Points discount is applied to the total invoice value.

(b) Allowed: Loyalty Points may be redeemed in conjunction with product-level discounts (e.g., "Buy One Get One Free" offers).

(c) Not Allowed: Loyalty Points shall not be redeemed together with any other invoice-level discounts, including coupon codes, promotional codes. 

4.6  Once Loyalty Points are redeemed, the transaction is final. Redeemed points cannot be reversed or used again.

4.7  If you return a product purchased using Loyalty Points, the value of the product will be refunded according to our Refund Policy, but the Loyalty Points used for the discount will not be reinstated to your account.

5. General Conditions

5.1  Loyalty Points are non-transferable, cannot be sold, combined across accounts, or redeemed for cash.

5.2  You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number and other account information registered with your loyalty account is current and secure. Al Bayader International is not responsible for points redeemed by someone using your registered mobile number at our physical stores.

5.3  Al Bayader International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program and these Loyalty Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

5.4  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Bayader International's total liability in connection with the Loyalty Program shall not exceed the cash value of the Customer's unredeemed Loyalty Points.

5.5  Any unused Loyalty Point s remaining in your account at the time of closure/deactivation of your account will be permanently voided and cannot be recovered.
